Role of the Financial Specialist:
  • As the neutral member of a Collaborative or Mediation team, the Financial Specialist collects the financial data (assets, debts, income and expenses) and creates reports that are utilized as part of the decision-making process in coming to agreements in divorce.  The Financial Specialist provides options that take into account the needs of the clients and family, so the division of assets and debts and determination of support will create a workable agreement for all.
